LOOK | PNPAAAI Visits CALABARZON Chapter
On September 24, 2024, the Philippine National Police Academy Alumni Association Inc. (PNPAAAI) made a significant visit to the CALABARZON region, gathering at Camp BGen. Vicente Lim in Calamba, Laguna. This momentous occasion coincided with the unveiling of the marker and blessing ceremony for the newly constructed Lakan Building, an emblem of the community’s commitment to excellence and service.
The program commenced with the awarding of key stakeholders of the Police Regional Office 4A (PRO4A) in recognition of their invaluable contributions to maintaining peace and order in the region. LAKAN PAUL KENNETH T. LUCAS ‘95 delivered an inspiring message, expressing his gratitude for everyone’s support and highlighting the pivotal role the alumni play in fostering connections and supporting the development of future public safety officers. This was followed by a heartfelt welcome fellowship for the PNPA Class of 2024, emphasizing the importance of camaraderie and support among the members of the Lakan community.
The program continued with LAKAN JEFFERSON P. ISON ’07, Treasurer of the PNPAAAI, providing updates on the association’s initiatives and programs tailored for the Lakan community. He also turned over the chapter fund which was received by LAKAN JACK E. ANGOG ‘04, Chapter President, emphasizing the collaborative spirit that drives the alumni association. Afterward, Lakan Ison read a message from LAKAN GILBERTO DC CRUZ ‘86, Chairperson, further enhancing the sense of unity, mentorship, and purpose among the members.
This visit not only celebrated the achievements of the PNPAAAI and its members but also set a positive tone for the future, inspiring the next generation of public safety leaders. The successful unveiling of the Lakan Building and the vibrant fellowship served as reminders of the association’s enduring legacy and the collective efforts to boost the morale and welfare of every Lakan to better serve the community.
