On May 31, 2025, the Philippine National Police Academy Alumni Association, Inc. (PNPAAAI) conducted the “Train the Trainers” Workshop, held at Novotel, Cubao, Quezon City. The event aimed to strengthen the association’s capacity to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training sessions aligned with organizational objectives, particularly focusing on teaching members how to effectively implement the PNPAAAI Strategic Plan 2025.

 

Prof. Rej C. Torrecampo, Senior Lecturer at Miriam College and Consultant to the PNPAAAI, facilitated the discussions, emphasizing strategies for engaging adult learners and effectively implementing the association’s 9 priority areas and implementation toolkit.

 

A key highlight of the workshop was the insightful presentation by Mr. Jose Paulo Delgado, CEO and President of the Delgado Brothers Group, who enriched the session with valuable perspectives from the corporate world.

The workshop was participated in by the PNPAAAI Board of Trustees, upcoming Board members, representatives from the PNP, BFP, BJMP chapters, and Regional Chapter Presidents.

 

The event reinforced PNPAAAI’s commitment to continuous learning and leadership excellence, ensuring members remain proactive and effective contributors to public safety and community advancement.
