PCCAI is an organization that regularly provides medical assistance to poor and underprivileged Filipinos throughout the country.

It is the oldest charitable organization in the Philippines and is also the owner and operator of the Chinese General Hospital & Medical Center thus many of the events of the organization involves medical activities. They are a primary partner of government institutions providing free health and hospitalization assistance to public servants and non-government organizations through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). Their photographic collection tells the story of their historical origin and journey including their countless humanitarian and charitable activities which depicts their 140 years of existence.
