LAKAN TRAIN recently earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Justice with a Specialization in Criminology, a remarkable testament to his unwavering dedication and commitment to excellence.

With a weighted average of 1.25 and no grades lower than 1.50, Vice Chairperson Train’s achievements are testament to his dedication to learning and self-improvement.
