POLICE COLONEL RENELL R SABALDICA is a proud member of the PNPA Kabalikat Class of 1998. He is the current Chief, Morale and Welfare Division of the PNP Directorate for Personnel and Records Management. He is dubbed as the “PNP’s Transformational Leader for Innovative Law Enforcement and Community Development” for pushing forward innovative ways to encourage personnel active participation and support to attain genuine change in the PNP.
 
His dedication and commitment to excellence in the uniformed profession led to the pioneering projects and programs in the PNP.
PCOL SABALDICA was instrumental to the Center for Police Strategy Management, where he facilitated the procurement of new infrastructure and equipment to improve the working conditions of fellow policemen. Formerly designated to Police Regional Office II (PRO II), he successfully managed the projects of the regional office in establishing a One-Stop-Shop, COVID-19 Isolation Facility, among others. During his tenure as Provincial Director of Cagayan, he introduced the Team Cagayan PPO 9-Point Program Thrust which served as his anchor in leading the over 2,000 men and women of Cagayan PPO where he was adjudged as Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer for Administration while the Cagayan PPO was named Best Police Provincial Office during the 121st Police Service Anniversary in 2022.
 
PCOL SABALDICA is also a decorated officer having been conferred with different accolades in administration and operational aspects not only from the PNP but also from the private sector.

PMAJ MAE ANN R CUNANAN is a proud member of the PNPA Sinagtala Class of 2012. She is the current Chief, Police Community Relations Section of the Operations Management Division of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.
 
She is a woman of substance and action who continuously made her way in leading stringent anti-scalawag operations through her stint at the Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group while strongly advocating LGBT rights, leading the Police Community Relations Section Team together with members of the LGBT (Mariposa) as partners in maintaining peace and order in the streets in Zamboanga during her assignment in the Zamboanga City Police Office at PRO 9.
 
Branded as the “PNP’s Vanguard of Police Integrity”, her veracity in all of her undertakings as a police officer is a manifestation of her commitment and dedication to upholding the core values of a Lakan: service, integrity, and justice.
She is also a holder of a dual Master’s Degree: a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Education from the Western Mindanao State University and a Master in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
PMAJ CUNANAN is also a recipient of different police recognitions and awards.
