LOOK | On April 3, 2024, the Philippine National Police Academy Alumni Association, Inc. organized a Membership Orientation for the PNPA Layag-Diwa Class of 2024.
Lakan Samuel C. Nacion opened the event by welcoming the PNPAAAI Board of Trustees and highlighting the purpose of the orientation: to engage and motivate new members before their deployment.
The session included inspiring talks from notable Lakan Distinguished Awardees, including Lakan Renell R. Sabaldica from the PNP, Lakan Rufino M. Santiago from the BJMP, and Lakan Christine D. Cula from the BFP, who shared their experiences and lessons from their careers. The Association also invited Bureau Representatives Lakan Mark Anthony S. Saquing from the BJMP and incoming BOT Lakan Byron F. Allatog from the PNP, who provided insights and updates on their respective chapters.
Lakan Byron T. Tabernilla offered a comprehensive presentation covering PNPAAAI’s history, corporate membership, organizational structure, standing committees, and member responsibilities and benefits.
Closing the event, Lakan Cedrick G. Train, representing Lakan Gilberto DC Cruz, delivered remarks that emphasized the importance of becoming proactive contributors and leaders within the academy and beyond.
The PNPAAAI is committed to providing direction and guidance through real-life experiences to the soon-to-be public safety officers and new alumni members of the association. The membership orientation is conducted every year for the PNPA graduating class, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and inspiration needed to excel in their careers and serve their communities effectively.
