LAKAN GILBERTO DC CRUZ, Chairperson, PNPAAAI graced the event as the guest of honor and speaker and inducting officer. He encouraged the BFP Lakans to make a difference in addressing any issues affecting the BFP Lakan and enhance the public safety throughout our country; to recommit to the principles of collaboration and teamwork that have been the cornerstone of the association; to stand united in efforts to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service; and to not forget the importance of supporting the PNPAAAI and the PNPA.
