With reference to the Amended Constitution and By-laws of the PNPA Alumni Association, Inc., NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES ELECTION of PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE ACADEMY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION INC. (PNPAAAI) is scheduled on Friday, 08 March 2024 at 9:00am at the PNPA Gymnasium, Camp General Mariano N Castañeda, Silang, Cavite with the following order of business:

 

1. Proof of due notice of meeting

2. Proof of presence of a quorum

3. Approval of the minutes of the previous General Assembly Meeting

4. Bureau and Regional Chapters Report

5. Treasurer’s Report

6. President’s Report

7. Ratification of all acts and resolution and the management
