The Philippine National Police Academy Alumni Association, Inc. mourn with the thousand others on the passing of Dr. James G. Dy. On behalf of the 7,395 strong men and women of the PNPAAAI, we extend our deepest sympathies to Dr. Dy’s family and friends during this time of mourning. May we all find comfort in knowing that his legacy and influence is forever imprinted in the hearts and minds of the people he has made a positive difference in his lifetime. The PNPAAAI-PCCAI has just recently renewed its Memorandum of Agreement in July 2023 and we are forever indebted for the relentless generosity and kindness he has shown through the years to our alumni members under his leadership. We celebrate the life Dr. Dy has lived.
